Manoeuvring and parking becomes much easier and safer with the rear view camera. It switches on automatically when reverse gear is engaged and shows the driver the surroundings behind the vehicle on the radio display.

The compatibility must be checked beforehand.
Retrofitting the original Mercedes-Benz reversing camera requires the optional Active Parking Assistant Code 235 (item: SW12831).
Alternatively, a camera from the accessories can be used. Different solutions and camera types are available.
If the variant "with installation" is selected, the Mercedes-Benz camera SCN coding and on the data card with code 218 is added.
