Retrofit: Manual flap control for G500 or G63 AMG (W463A/W464)

Manual flap control enables you to open/close the actuators on the rear silencer yourself at any time, e.g. on the G500 with sports exhaust system (Code K69) or on the G63 AMG with AMG performance exhaust system (Code U78). The operation is carried out via a high-quality handheld transmitter by radio and the following three start profiles can be stored.

1. profile = exhaust gas flaps fully open - increased volume
2. profile = exhaust flaps completely closed - reduced volume
3. profile = serial condition (only for G63 AMG)

The start mode can be set in a few seconds on the handheld transmitter.

The compatibility must be checked beforehand.
A switchable exhaust system with Mercedes-Benz exhaust flaps is required for manual control. If you are retrofitting the G500, then order "cable set for retrofitting": In the activated profile 1 or 2, operation via the switch block is not possible with the G63 AMG.
The control unit is not street legal, as it influences the original volume of the vehicle.
