Retrofitting: Accessories rear view camera for Mercedes-Benz M-Class (x164)
The rear view camera makes manoeuvring and parking much easier and safer. It switches on automatically when reverse gear is engaged and shows the driver the surroundings behind the vehicle on the radio display.

To retrofit a rear view camera, a Radio Comand NTG2 with camera connection (green FAKRA video input
) or a Comand NTG2.5 is required. The firmware of the Radio Comand NTG2 must not be older than 2008.
Compatibility must be checked beforehand.
